1. PROPERTY AGENT

Responsibilities:

  • Negotiating and dealing with all parties involved in sales and rental of properties.
  • Providing excellent sales and customer service.
  • Carrying out continuous market survey in order to stay updated.
  • Executing marketing plans and following-up on sales.
  • Able to actively source & identify potential buyer/investor.
  • Keeping abreast of latest property trend & changes in the property market.
  • Assessing client’s requirement and provide appropriate advice & recommendation.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree, preferably in Property Development/Real Estate Management.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills & responsible.
  • Confident, self-motivated and strong learning ability.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Full-Time and Part-Time position available.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel.
  • Self-motivated and have a positive working attitude in any environment.

2. ADMINISTRATOR

Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls, records and arrange incoming and outgoing documents.
  • Assisting and responsible on general administration such as photocopying and emailing.
  • Ensure all the documentation or filing is done in accurate manner and up to date.
  • Maintain and upkeep reception area, meeting room, sales gallery and pantry are always clean and tidy.
  • Assist to perform administrative duties including updating of database and claims processing
  • Assist Property Sales Agents in daily work task
  • To carry out other duties and ad-hoc assignments when required
  • Preferably experience in Property Development and Legal Firm will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge in basic accounting will be an added advantage

Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level in any field
  • Required languages(s): Bahasa Melayu, English
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Good communication skill and proficient in English, Bahasa Melayu
  • Must be PC literate
  • Good working attitude and pleasant personality
  • Candidate must be willing to work in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur
