Milestones are important stages that must be reached in order for us to achieve self-actualization. Here are some my life’s milestones in the property industry that have helped me grow in my profession, as i look forward to add new chapters in the coming years.

  • Sales Executive at Sunrise Berhad

    Worked on sales and marketing of new Property launches which includes condominiums, bungalows, retail complexes and corporate offices. Gained exposure and skills on the pre-launch stages of a Properties life like design, marketing, and salesmanship.

  • Negotiator at Greenfield Properties.

    Focused on sales and rental of newly completed corporate offices and retail units. Handled the handover of many new units, - defect handling and promotion of newly completed units.

  • Coverage of Bangsar and Mont Kiara properties.

    Entered full force into the secondary market of condominium units in the Bangsar and Mont Kiara neighbourhoods. Oversaw the refurbishment of older units, learnt the bare necessities needed to allow an older unit to compete with newer launch properties.

  • Covered KLCC Condominium properties.

    Continued work in sub-sale and rentals of properties in the KLCC region due to demand from expatriate tenants and overseas investors. Learnt that yields and capital appreciation of different neighbourhoods were very different.

  • Ventured into Desa Parkcity neighbourhood.

    This famous neighbourhood started to gain attention as the homes came with facilities and proper gated and guarded security, which only until now had been a feature of condominiums.

  • Leasing agent for Malls and new commercial launches.

    Started working with commercial malls as their exclusive marketing agent, to help re-lease their units and enhance their tenant propfile. Gained exposure with the various needs of tenant F&B businesses, as well the management needs of the mall to have a diversified portfolio of tenants.   Assisted in the sales of commercial units in Plaza Arkadia @ Desa Parkcity.

  • Marketing the Verve shops.

    Worked closely with the developer of the Verve Shops as their exclusive marketing agent for launch of their Verve Shops in Mont’ Kiara. Successfully, delivered high profile tenants that formed the anchor tenants for this unique development.

  • Marketing work with KL Trillion.

    Formed part of the team to secure exclusive marketing agency work for KL Trillion under the Sim Lian group from Singapore. Assisted in the conceptual design, pricing and marketing of the retail and office units.

  • Corporate Tenant's division for Greenfield Properties.

    Jointly established a Corporate Tenant team in the Mont Kiara office that provides a TOTAL SOLUTION to corporate firms, so that their expatriate employees needs are handled professionally and promptly.  

  • Setting up GoProperty.my website.

    Offering a more specialised service for discerning property owners and buyers, to ensure that correct real estate decisions are made each time.
